1. Once we receive your enquiry we will check your requirements and our availability and reply to you within 24 hours with a quote. 

 

2. If this is agreeable and you would like to go ahead we will arrange for our sitter to visit your house and meet with you to make sure it is a good fit. We will charge a find and meet fee of £50.00 to cover any travel expenses. This is fully refundable against the booking.  In the unlikely event that you find at the time of meeting that you can our sitter is not a good fit for you we will endeavor to offer another sitter depending on our availability.

 

3. If you then wish to go ahead and make a booking we will confirm arrival times with you and send you our home-sitting agreement and dog-walking agreement together with a veterinary release form to be returned to us together with a 10 % deposit at the time of booking. If the booking is less than a month we will require 30 % deposit. The balance is then due on arrival. We advise that our sitter's arrival time is well enough in advance for you to leave detailed instructions. For early morning arrivals and especially if you have pets, we would advise your sitter to arrive the night before especially if you have pets. 

 

4. For Cancellations under 2 weeks we will charge 30% of the total fee.
